House description as follows:
Level 1
• The first level of the home has a game room (with a queen size sleeper sofa), one bedroom, one bathroom and a
laundry room. The entrance leads you into the game room which features an air hockey table, electronic dart board, a
variety of board games, CD player/radio, cable television and queen size sleeper sofa. There is an adjacent bathroom
and bedroom with two (2) twin size beds and premium bedding. The bedroom also has cable television with a DVD
player (perfect for children). The laundry room has a washing machine and dryer.
Level 2
• The second level (main entrance) of the home has a living room, dining room, kitchen, one bathroom and one
bedroom. The living room has an oversized sectional sofa, cable television, DVD player and a premium stereo system.
It also features custom French doors which lead to the large patio with a propane barbecue grill and a filtered view of
Lake Tahoe. There is a gas fireplace in the dining room area which also includes a dining table that seats 8 people in
addition to 3 bar stools at the kitchen counter (next to the dining table). The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans,
serving dishes, drinking glasses, utensils, 2 coffee pots, toaster, blender etc. in addition to a service for 16 people. This
level also has a full bathroom and a bedroom with a queen size bed with 600 thread count sheets and a deluxe
comforter set.
Level 3
• The third level has two bedrooms and one bathroom. The first bedroom has a king size bed (with 600 thread
count sheets and a deluxe comforter set), a twin size sleeper sofa and a large sliding glass door which leads to a private
deck with a view of Lake Tahoe. The second bedroom also has a king size bed (with 600 thread count sheets and a
deluxe comforter set) and a cozy reading area with a chair and ottoman. Both bedrooms also have ceiling fans.
